Join a 19-minute guided strength training workout led by Nancy Campbell, MS, featuring a complete full-body routine with warm-up, upper/lower body movements, and core strengthening exercises. Perform the circuit once for a quick workout, or repeat 2-3 times for extended training. Grab a chair, dumbbells (or household items like soup cans/water bottles), and a blanket to participate in this accessible fitness session. Dana-Farber patients can schedule free virtual exercise consultations and access additional wellness programming including yoga, meditation, music therapy, and nutrition through the Zakim Center's comprehensive health services.
