Overview
Join a 15-minute workout video focused on strengthening the lower body through a combination of standing and floor exercises, beginning with a brief warm-up. Build strength and flexibility through four targeted exercises that can be performed as a single circuit or repeated 2-3 times for increased intensity. Combine with an upper body circuit for a complete workout experience. Gather simple equipment including a chair, exercise mat, head support (pillow or blanket), and optional weights (dumbbells, soup cans, or water bottles). Dana-Farber patients can access free virtual exercise consultations and explore additional wellness programming including yoga, meditation, music therapy, and nutrition through the Zakim Center's comprehensive health services.
