Overview
Join a 14-minute upper body strength training circuit featuring a brief warm-up followed by three standing exercises (with optional chair support) and two floor-based movements. Complete the circuit once for a quick workout, or increase intensity by repeating 2-3 times or combining with lower body exercises for an extended session. Household items like soup cans or water bottles can substitute for dumbbells if needed. Dana-Farber patients can access free virtual exercise consultations and additional wellness programming including yoga, meditation, music therapy, and nutrition through the Zakim Center's comprehensive offerings.
