Course 6: Leading with Stability during Times of Change and Disruption
-Learn steps leaders can take to build a culture of stability that will give employees the confidence to navigate change with clarity and purpose while accomplishing big goals.

Course 7: Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities
-Learn to recognize the five personality traits that humans tend to demonstrate and deduce how best to lead and motivate with these traits in mind.
