《管理学导论》是一门为应用型高校商务英语专业和英语专业本科生设计的课程,也适用于高职院校商务英语专业、英语专业以及工商管理专业的学生。本课程旨在让学生掌握管理学的基本概念和理论,培养学生在国际商业实践中应用相关原则和方法的能力。通过本课程的学习,学生能够识别并描述主要管理问题,如规划和决策、组织文化、员工动机、沟通技巧和生产控制;能够运用决策理论、企业文化理论、沟通理论、激励理论等相关理论方法在跨文化商业活动中实现管理目标;能够积极适应不断改变的国际商业环境下商业惯例的变化。本课程以英语授课,结合了应用型大学生的语言水平和专业特点,充分考虑学生从语言学习到商业理论学习的思维转变和学习能力,在幻灯片中给出了中英对照专业术语,从而消除语言障碍。本课程遵循语言简洁易懂、内容清晰、逻辑化的理念,帮助学生打开管理学学习的大门。
