Ego is our essence. It is the “I” or self of any person. It is about the self-importance and self –esteem. It speaks of the self in terms of character, psyche, pride and admiration. This course explains the subtleties of the ego involved. It explains the causes and issues of an ego are, and what the solutions are, for fixing it for better health and self-management. It also speaks on how to improve work culture, to live in cohesion from both the Eastern and Western perspectives. Scientific studies on Ego management will provide the evidence based methods for it applicability.This course brings out the significance of managing Ego both at theoretical and practical level of how one can take a better look in the ego mirror, develop an ego consciousness and stimulate management and development of it with the principles and practices of yoga for raising the individual`s potential for success.
