Human resource management (HRM) is a critical functional domain in any successful business organisaiton. HR professionals do the most crucial work in a business because, ultimately, success of a business depends on its people. This course will give an overall understanding about the concept and practices related to Human Resource Management in Indian Context. This will cover the practical nuances of main functions of Human Resource Management in organisations.
