This course aims at building the basic skills of Human Resource Management (HRM), which is increasingly being called People Management. After successfully completing this course, you will understand HRM along with its functions and processes, whether you had a prior qualification in HRM or not. You will also be familiar with legal aspects of HRM and a basic proficiency in working out the obligations of your organization towards employees. In short, this course will prepare you to carry out basic HRM functions in your own unit or subunit.
