Join a 46-minute wellness session combining Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation techniques specifically designed to enhance upper body health and flexibility. Practice gentle movements and stretches targeting the entire upper body from fingers to upper back, incorporating deep breathing and mindfulness exercises. Learn traditional poses and movements including Emperor/Empress Position, Silk Weaving, and Rhinoceros Looks to The Moon, while using visualization techniques like the Ice to Water metaphor to release tension and promote relaxation. Adapt the exercises to your comfort level by performing them sitting, standing, or lying down. Offered through Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Leonard P.
