Overview

Tai Chi is a sport beneficial to physical and mental health. It contains Chinese traditional philosophy, religion, medicine, military art, health preservation and art and its profound thoughts, which is the ideological source of tai Chi development.It has absorbed the traditional Chinese health preservation techniques, "guidance" and "inhalation", and adopts the theory of Yin and Yang syndrome differentiation, the combination of dynamic and static, and the combination of firmness and softness as the fitness thoughts,it integrates the functions of defense and attack, fitness, education, appreciation and society, and exercises according to its consistency, win by cleverness,practice with attack and defense thought of conquering the unyielding with the yielding,through painstaking efforts of hone and transformation,formed a unique national style of practice and form of sports.As a national intangible cultural heritage, Taijiquan has become one of the national treasures.

Please follow four experienced professional teachers, Xie Mengning, He Yanbing, Xu Jingfeng and Liu Jian,start a rich and interesting learning journey of Tai Ji from scratch.
