Overview

Dongbei University of Finance and economics is one of the 13 universities approved by the Ministry of education in 2000, which is one of the first batch of pilot e-commerce majors in China. It has a history of 17 years. It has the right to confer bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees in e-commerce. In 2015, it won the first place in Liaoning Province's undergraduate professional evaluation, and the only advantageous specialty in Liaoning Province's e-commerce specialty. In 2017, it was approved as Liaoning Province's innovation and innovation The pilot program of industry reform was approved as the first batch of undergraduate demonstration specialty in Liaoning Province in 2018, and won the national first-class undergraduate construction specialty in 2019.

The courses of introduction to e-commerce have been approved respectively: excellent course at school level in 2005, excellent course in Liaoning Province in 2006 and excellent resource sharing course in Liaoning Province in 2012, including nearly 2000 students from 12 universities (excluding the students of our university) who have passed the credit project of Cross School study of Liaoning Provincial Department of education, have taken this course on the designated course platform and obtained credits. At the same time, the course is free to the public.

Introduction to e-commerce is a basic course of e-commerce major. Based on the basic theory of e-commerce, starting from the actual situation of e-commerce development, combining theory with practice, students can have a solid theoretical foundation and application ability at the same time. This course includes two parts: theoretical teaching and experimental teaching. The theoretical part includes the overview of e-commerce, e-commerce framework and mode, e-commerce technology, e-commerce security, e-marketing, e-payment and e-banking, e-commerce logistics management, e-commerce supply chain management, mobile e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, and e-commerce data processing technology. There are 13 knowledge modules such as technology, legal environment of e-commerce and development trend of e-commerce; experimental teaching mainly cultivates students' application ability, including three experimental modules: B2B experiment, B2C experiment and C2C experiment. Theory and practice promote each other. On the one hand, it helps students deepen their understanding of basic knowledge, on the other hand, it makes the course more practical.
