Overview

Human resource management is a comprehensive course that combines basic theories and operational skills in management, economics, law, and human resource management. Its main purpose is to cultivate talents with basic knowledge and skills in human resource management to meet the needs of market economy and social development, and at the same time, cultivate talents with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, and physical health.

The course systematically introduces relevant theories and methods of human resource management, with the activities of human resource selection, education, utilization, and retention serving as the main thread.The main content of this course covers core topics such as human resource strategy and planning, job analysis, personnel training and development, recruitment and evaluation, performance management and compensation management, and career development.
