Overview

一、课程教学目标

(一)知识目标:使学习者掌握与日常沟通、职场交际、对外交流有关的英语知识和商务知识。

(二)能力目标:培养学习者的语言综合运用能力,特别是听说能力;将语言知识和技能融入到国际商务实践中,进行有效商务沟通,解决商务问题;具备跨文化交际的能力和讲好中国故事的能力。

(三)素质目标:培养学习者具有团队精神和创新意识;培养学习者的工作责任心;培养学习者的文化自信心。

二、课程教学内容

学习内容准确体现课程目标,涵盖现代商务的基本活动。课程包括初入职场篇、日常业务篇和对外业务篇,每个篇章按照工作职责进行知识点划分。初入职场篇讲授工作面试中简历撰写、着装、以及面试等内容;日常业务篇包括工作职责、商务电话、商务会议、商务旅行、公司介绍、迎接宾客、商务宴请以及公司业绩等话题;对外贸易篇包括贸易博览、询盘议价、订单、支付、处理投诉等话题。

三、课程教学方法

课程注重实用性,通过案例教学、任务式教学和情境模拟训练,使学习者在做中学、学中用,提高学习者的业务水平和职业素养。

四、授课对象

初入职场、具有商务英语需求的人员;从事对外贸易相关工作的人员;因进行学历提升,需要提高英语水平的人员;需要提升商务礼仪、跨文化交际能力的人员等。
