    《食品生物化学》是食品加工技术、食品检验检测技术等食品类专业的一门重要的专业基础课,与食品类专业的其他课程密切相关。本课程的学习是学生职业素质养成和职业能力培养的重要载体。 通过本门课程的学习,学生可以掌握食品原料的基本组成、性质、功能及其在人体内和食品加工贮藏过程中的变化规律,培养学生生物化学检测的基本技能,强化食品安全意识,增强工作责任感,培养学生自主学习能力、创新能力、团队协作能力以及职业素养。为学生食品职业综合能力的全面提升打下良好基础。

    本课程线上学习包括课程参与度、作业成绩、测验成绩和期末考试等评价指标,参与度考察学生课程中资源学习的完成情况和参与讨论交流的情况。学生在本期课程规定的时间里面按时完成线上学习内容,平台会自动记录学生的学习情况,自动生成学生的线上学习成绩,课程结束后满足课程设定的发证要求,就会获得课程认证证书。
