This course is an introduction to the chemistry of biochemical reactions and biochemical molecules. Topics include: acid/base chemistry, thermodynamics, cell biology, amino acids, and proteins, enzymes, lipids, membranes and transport, carbohydrates, metabolism, nucleic acids, and information transfer.
