Feeling stressed? More overwhelmed each week? You're not alone. Weekly Decompression for High-Stress Teams offers a virtual space for you and your colleagues to pause, unwind, and recalibrate. This gentle mindfulness practice is accessible to all and designed to help your team reconnect with themselves and find a little more joy and ease in their day.
Agenda:
- Welcome: Five Minutes
- Settle In and Connect with Your Body: Ten Minutes
- Your host will guide you through basic relaxation exercises
- Guided Visualization and Meditation: Ten Minutes
- Your host will guide you through a themed visualization/meditation/relaxation exercise. You will also do additional gentle breathing exercises, or work them into the visualization and meditation
- Awaken and Close: Five Minutes
- Your host will guide you through awakening back into your body, chair, and into whatever room you're in. Take some time through this step to ease you intentionally back into your day

- A comfortable space
- Optional: Mat if working on a hard surface
