Good ole’ fashioned, beginner-friendly chair yoga followed by 10-15 minutes of mindfulness meditation. This class is designed to be relaxing and rejuvenating for optimum de-stressing with our delightfully approachable (and hilarious!) certified instructors, while remaining true to our mission: to lift your spirit(s) so you can feel empowered to uplift others!

Event itinerary
- After your event has been booked, we’ll send you all the info you need (like waivers n’ playlists) to pass along to your community participants so everyone knows what they’re in for.
- For in-person events, you’ll provide us with your private event location so we know where to send our certified instructor!
- On the day of the event (aka “the best day ever”), your instructor will arrive early to set the uplifting tone for your yoga party.
- The first 15-ish minutes allow for late-comers + a lil’ mix n’ mingling. Then, your teacher will bring everyone to their mats to go over rules, safety, and of course, your class “drinking games.”
- Expect the entire experience to be cheeky, interactive, and playful, with just a hint of blissful introspection at the end before our final “cheers!”
