The free Industrial and Organizational Psychology course provided a robust and informative learning experience. It effectively covered essential topics and employed engaging teaching methods to facilitate understanding. However, the lack of a completion certificate was a significant shortcoming, particularly for those looking to leverage their learning for professional development. Despite this, I would still highly recommend the course to anyone interested in I/O psychology, especially those seeking to gain foundational knowledge without incurring any costs. For those in need of formal certification, additional courses or programs might be necessary to complement this otherwise excellent learning opportunity.

Great information on I/O Psychology. And I see clearly the importance of Organizational vs Employees of Employment. The behavioral science of equal respect as in equal social equilibrium inside of a work place of employment.
