This course definitely helped me to know more about mindful eating habits in diabetes. I'll follow some key advices given by the speaker starting from the mindful breath practices then identify needs, mindful pause before choosing wrong foods etc. Combine foods rich in fibre, protein and fat for better digestion and satiety. For a diabetic patients most important thing is to stabilize the blood sugar and through this webinar I've clearly understood what kind of foods will be necessary for stabilization of blood glucose level.
