Through a progressive learning model that combines theoretical learning, case analysis, and life practice, this course will guide you to view your psychological phenomena from the perspective of positive psychology, understand yourself, discover yourself, develop yourself, tap into your potential, leverage your strengths and avoid your weaknesses, and optimize your quality, ultimately, improving your ability to perceive and create happiness, enhancing your sense of pleasure and happiness, and increasing your happiness index.
