The trading process, trading conditions and customary practices of international trade are characterized by long lines, wide coverage, multiple links, high risks and rapid changes. Every link of international trade involves knowledge and skills in one or more fields. First of all, practitioners need to have the comprehensive ability to judge the situation and control the abrupt environment; Secondly, the cost and purchase price of the enterprise are not fixed, and the market interest rate, exchange rate, tax rate, etc., will also change. Traders must accurately calculate the cost, profit, commission, tax refund and quotation on the basis of obtaining the latest market information. Therefore, practitioners need to have industry policy, legal, financial, transportation, insurance and other professional knowledge and capabilities. Thirdly, business consultation and making documents require practitioners to have solid foreign language communication skills.
The course content is set up according to the basic process of international trade, mainly including: transaction preparation, negotiation, contract signing and implementation. The preparation before international trade transaction includes the establishment of negotiation team, market research, negotiation plan development, etc. International trade negotiation mainly includes inquiry, offer, counter-offer and acceptance. International trade contract signing includes contract drafting, modification and signing; The performance of international trade contracts includes the preparation of goods, documentation, transportation and payment of goods.
