Overview

作为一门与国际市场直接对口的综合性应用学科,《国际贸易实务》课程越来越受到高校及社会的重视。目前互联网正改变着世界经济与社会的发展趋势,这也为我国本科院校应用型人才培养质量提出新的要求。

    国际贸易的交易过程、交易条件、习惯做法,具有线长、面广、环节多、风险大、变化快等特点。国际贸易每一个环节涉及某一个或多个领域的知识技能。首先,从业人员需要具有审时度势、驾驭突变环境的综合能力;其次,企业的成本费用、采购价格等并非固定,市场利率、汇率、税率等也会发生变动,交易者必须在获取最新市场信息的基础上,准确核算成本费用、利润以及佣金、退税和报价等。因此,从业人员需要具备行业政策、法律、金融、运输、保险等专业知识与能力。再次,商务磋商、缮制单据需要从业者具备扎实的外语沟通能力。

    课程内容按照国际贸易基本流程进行设置,主要包括:交易准备、磋商谈判、合同签汀与履行等。国际贸易交易前准备包括谈判团队的组建、市场调研、谈判计划的制定等;国际贸易谈判主要包括询盘、发盘、还盘及接受环节;国际贸易合同签订包括合同起草、修改与签订;国际贸易合同履行包括货物准备、单证制作、运输与货款收付。

基于以上因素,课程团队探索全英文教学模式。第一,采用英文方式讲解国际贸易实务的基本概念和专业术语,夯实专业基础知识。第二,对交易磋商以及合同履行内容的讲授,特别涉及到单据制作、往来函电,亦使用英语方式,引导掌握实际操作技能。此外,以英文方式补充讲解国际商务谈判和跨境电商的教学内容,以便提高从业者知识结构和学习能力,实现专业理论与社会实践的高度融合。

    《国际贸易实务》课程注重知行统一、理论与实践相结合,教学内容紧紧围绕人才培养需要,以国际贸易实务基本流程为主线,构建实践教学多元化教学模式,树立“诚信品质和爱国情怀”的价值取向,体现新时期本科教学的高阶性、创新性及挑战度的要求。
