创业创新的高失败率是世界性难题,这里有几大瓶颈:没钱、 没人、没资源,融资难、融资贵、缺人才、缺技术、缺市场、缺品牌、缺人脉。解决创业的核心难题需要:改变创业心态、重塑人文精神、社群式学习空间,因此如果不创业也有必要学习创业管理方面的知识。本课程以培养和强化创业精神,锻炼和提升创业能力为主要目的,使学生通过创业知识的学习,培养创业思维,了解创业活动过程的内在规律与所涉及的关键问题,可能遇到的困难和风险,帮助大家理性地规划创业和职业发展路径。课程主要讲授创业者如何发现自己的创业机会,如何设计新企业的商业模式,如何组建团队,创业过程中如何筹措资金,需要注意哪些法律问题,以及如何管理新企业及让新企业不断成长和创新等。

本课程团队中的老师都有非常丰富的管理知识和管理实践,给多家公司和单位做过管理咨询,指导学生参加创业大赛多次获全国和北京市金奖、银奖和铜奖等。

The high failure rate of entrepreneurial innovation is a worldwide problem. There are several major bottlenecks here: no money, no one, no resources, difficult financing, expensive financing, lack of talent, lack of technology, lack of market, lack of brand, lack of contacts. Solving the core problems of entrepreneurship requires: changing the entrepreneurial mentality, reshaping the humanistic spirit, and community-based learning space. The main purpose of this course is to cultivate and strengthen entrepreneurial spirit, exercise and improve entrepreneurial ability, so that students can learn entrepreneurial knowledge, cultivate entrepreneurial thinking, understand the inherent laws of entrepreneurial activities and the key issues involved, and the difficulties and difficulties they may encounter. Risks help everyone rationally plan entrepreneurship and career development paths. The course mainly teaches entrepreneurs how to discover their own entrepreneurial opportunities, how to design the business model of a new enterprise, how to form a team, how to raise funds in the entrepreneurial process, what legal issues need to be paid attention to, and how to manage new enterprises and allow them to grow and innovate continuously Wait.
