课程主要内容包括四部分。第一部分,马爱萍教授主讲中国旅游学研究与实践的基本内容。具体包括旅游在中国、旅游研究的视角、旅游系统、中国国际旅游组织和中国旅游法简介。第二部分,高辉娜博士主讲中国旅游经济发展概况。本部分从中国旅游供给与旅游需求状况出发,全面介绍中国旅游业发展环境与新业态,概述中国旅游经济发展模式和旅游经济影响。第三部分,崔莉教授主讲中国旅游规划理论与实践。具体包括旅游规划与发展概况、中国旅游规划与发展概况案例和澳大利亚旅游规划与发展概况案例比较。第四部分,刘春博士主讲高科技在中国旅游酒店业应用与发展概况。本部分首先介绍了什么是高科技。然后以旅游酒店业为例,讨论了信息技术、服务质量和顾客体验之间的关系。随后,介绍了技术采用的相关理论。最后,展开了一场关于高科技和高度人性化的辩论。
