本课程旨在提高学生英语学习能力，共有8章：如何介绍和推销自己、如何讲述故事、如何讨论和辩论、如何进行公众演说、如何培养学习思维、如何进行学术英语阅读和写作、学“习”进行时（一带一路、中国文化自信、习近平治国理政汉英翻译）以及学员实践。
课程基于学生需求和学习者认知规律。努力提高学生“沟通、讲述、辩论、演讲、思维、研究”的“语言应用能力”，最终培养学生的“自学能力”。
