Traditional Chinese Tuina Techniques is a subject intended to study the theories, practice and application of Tuina techniques. Traditional Chinese Tuina Techniques (Sino-Uzbek International Course) is an international course that functions as a professional learning platform for the Uzbek students and international students and enthusiasts of the related majors to learn the techniques and applications of Traditional Chinese Tuina. The course has been systematically restructured and consists of 15 tasks in 2 programs including Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Tuina and Common Techniques of Traditional Chinese Tuina. The total duration is 28 class hours.
Traditional Chinese Tuina Techniques is taught by a competent faculty with ample teaching experience. The responsible person has worked as the chief editor of the higher vocational college textbooks such as Tuina Techniques and Traditional Chinese Rehabilitation Therapy, and lectured on the course titled Traditional Chinese Tuina: Pushing Manipulation with One Finger which won the third prize of the National Informationized Classroom Teaching Contest. The other members of the team have worked as chief editors or associate editors of multiple higher vocational college textbooks, have long undertaken teaching and training of Tuina courses and have ample teaching and practice experience. In addition, the course team has engaged the excellent schoolfellows who have achieved great success in the field of exercise rehabilitation to prepare the video resources of the course and participate in teaching, and the faculty comprised of both full-time and part-time members is even more competent.
By learning the online course, the Uzbek students and international learners will familiarize with the terminology of Traditional Chinese Tuina, master the basic knowledge and skills of Traditional Chinese Tuina techniques and firmly grasp the fundamental techniques in order to use Tuina in therapy and health care against common diseases. Besides, the learners will also learn and comprehend the culture of traditional Chinese medicine through this course.
