Overview

生态模拟(Ecological Modeling)是现代生态环境研究中的一项关键技术,它可以整合不同学科、不同门类的信息、技术和分析方法,解释和理解复杂生态系统的作用机理及内在关联关系,对于模拟和分析复杂生态系统的长期动态和稳定性具有重要意义。

这门课程是北京师范大学环境学院开设的硕士研究生学位专业课,也是本学院为响应学校国际化进程、面向留学生开设的全英文课程之一,受到了学生们的广泛欢迎。

本课程重视能力培养和技能落地,生动活跃、启发性强,可以调动学生积极参与到课程的学习中;另外,主讲教师长期从事相关研究,具有丰富的教学调研成果与经验,可以使课程内容紧密贴合学术研究的能力需求,有利于帮助解决实际问题。

本课程通过讲授生态模拟的基本理论与建立生态模型的主要方法,传授学生有关生态模拟的基本概念和基本理论,建立起通过生态模拟手段认识环境系统演变规律的特殊视角,学习解决相关问题的基本方法和思路,并促进学生建立起系统的分析观和认识观,为建立自己的生态模型打好基础。

同时,本课程提供理论和实践两方面的生态建模入门主题的全面覆盖,在理论知识讲解的基础上,以系统动力学STELLA软件为平台,运用案例分析、情景模拟、现场演练等方法,鼓励学生们积极参与课程,熟悉动态系统建模及其在生态和经济系统中的应用。
