ABOUT THE COURSE: Analytics for HR managers aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges of human resource functions (recruitment, selection, training, development, performance, and compensation) in an organization, Furthermore, this course will also cover how HR managers can use analytics to take better decisions related to HR issues and challenges in the organization. Finally, this course will highlight how an organization can develop an HR analytics unit.
