[Prerequisite: Level of physical strength and ability sufficient to avoid injury to the student and others during course activities.] Introduces gentle yoga postures and movements. Emphasizes muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, and relaxation through modified traditional yoga postures, breathing, and stretches.
