Overview

This course is designed to provide exercise and fitness training for the walking student population. Emphasis is on cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength, and endurance related specifically to walking. It is designed for students to participate in and achieve a more strenuous physical activity program. Field trips may be required. Transfer credit: CSU; UC. Formerly: PE R146.
