Jennifer Begley is the Director of Employee Experience at Cheshire Medical Center. Jennifer has a special interest in stress management, mindfulness, positive psychology & self-care. She is driven by her strong belief that we all deserve to feel good about ourselves, even when things go wrong. Being mindful, having self-compassion, and experiencing positive emotions is what leads to well-being and happiness. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Health Education & Promotion and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership. She has over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, stress management & resiliency training, and has been recognized as a Leading Trendsetter by Business Monadnock magazine.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to discuss healthy lifestyle behaviors including at least two ways to incorporate healthful practices into daily activities in order to reduce the risk of burnout and to build resilience.
