Trainer Chris Freytag will walk along with you and keep you motivated during the entire 2-mile walk, providing a variety of simple, easy-to-follow moves to make the time fly. The basic, low-impact walking step provides a solid home base that you can always return to as needed. This 30-minute, 4 mph 2-mile walk is easy to follow but definitely not boring. With fun additional moves like box steps, v-steps or knee lifts, everything is gentle on your joints. But don’t be fooled; with 30 solid minutes of movement, you will get a great workout and feel exhilarated! You’ll get your arms over your head for an extra calorie burning boost and Chris will coach you on pulling in your abs for good posture and better form throughout the walk.
