This fun walking circuit workout is easy to follow and great for getting you started on your fitness goals or keeping you in shape at home. It takes the idea of a basic walking exercise and turns it up a notch! By alternating between five minutes of walking and five minutes of body sculpting, you get both cardio and strength all in one workout.
The walking provides fat-burning cardio and promotes a strong, healthy heart, while the body-sculpting strength moves increase your metabolism, tone your muscles and turn your body into a fat-burning machine. Minimize time and maximize results with this easy-to-follow walking exercise.
Start this walking exercise with a basic, low-impact walking step as your home base move for five minutes. Next, you’ll move through five minutes of easy-to-follow sculpting moves, including lunges, plié squats, chest presses and planks. Before you know it, you’re back to five more minutes of energized walking and five final minutes of sculpting.
