This training consists of an online assessment composed of 36 questions. You require a score of 80 percent or greater to pass. You have unlimited attempts to pass the assessment.

To confirm your learning on the Amazon Connect Developer training curriculum and achieve the Amazon Connect Developer accreditation


Intended audience

This assessment is intended for the following:

  • More than 2 years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or JSON), DevOps, or cloud architecture. Also, over 1 year of hands-on infrastructure as code (IaC) scripting experience. Experience with open-source frameworks is also recommended.
  • Contact center implementation engineer, interactive voice response (IVR) specialist, IVR application engineer, technical consultant - call center application, principal software engineer, Sr. Amazon Connect developer, cloud contact center developer, IVR developer


Prerequisites

We recommend that attendees in this course have the following:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Technical Essentials foundation knowledge
  • Developer associate
  • Completed the following courses:
    • Amazon Connect Developer learning plan (ten online courses)
