This course was very easy to learn about and follow. I like how the information informed me on ways to improve my eating habits and how to use suggested foods in my eating lifestyle. I also viewed ways to prevent the risk of unhealthy foods. Having serious illnesses and complications to eating wrong is what is also discussed in this video and showed me risks and what to include and learn to eat more of if I want to start adding this diet and way of eating to my own health and lifestyle. Thanks.
