The course shows the basics of nutrition for patients with neuroendocrine tumors in a very simple way. Those basics include eating mostly plant-based foods, limiting red meat and avoiding processed foods altogether. In addition to nutrition, it is necessary to be physically active for at least 30 minutes every day and quit smoking.
