Interesting take on how to be more aware, calm and attentive; being present in the moment. There is a bit of focus on the Medical Area (doctor-patient-trainee) but most of it is pretty useful regardless of your area of expertise. There's also some great book recommendations. I'm definitely implementing some of these ideas in my life.
