The application of sensors has almost penetrated into all walks of life, such as industry, agriculture, healthcare, military, aerospace, automated production, environmental monitoring, modern office equipment, smart buildings, smart home and internet of things, which has extraordinary promoted economic development and social progress. Sensor technology has become a high and novel technology that developed countries are eager to flourish. This course systematically elaborates the basic principles, measurement circuits and engineering applications of various sensors. Through the study of this course, we will learn how to rationally select sensors by analyzing problems, determine design objectives based on user needs, engineer and optimize complex testing systems that meet specific index requirements by combining professional knowledge.
