Overview

This course is primarily targeted at roles in electronic device management and instrument maintenance.

Its objective is to impart the necessary application knowledge of sensor and detection technologies required for frontline advanced technicians through classroom theory and practical training. You will also integrate knowledge of sensors and control technologies within computer control systems, mastering the theoretical basis for detection as well as the structure, working principles, usage, and maintenance of detection equipment.

The course is divided into eight projects, covering: Fundamentals of Sensor Technology, Temperature Sensors, Force and Pressure Sensors, Flow and Velocity Sensors, Displacement, Velocity, and Acceleration Sensors, Photoelectric Sensors, Gas Composition and Humidity Sensors, and Applications of New Sensors.
