This course is based on an in-depth study of traditional Chinese culture and historical development, comparing Western development history and theoretical experience, combining contemporary Chinese economic, social development, and internationalization backgrounds, guided by Xi Jinping ’s theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, The definition of management: "Management is a series of human-centered coordinated activities based on the philosophy of mankind to achieve predetermined goals in social organizations" as the logical main line. Many of its essence and wisdom will greatly help and inspire contemporary managers to solve increasingly complex management problems.
