With the progress and development of society, people's demand for high-quality living environments and building products is becoming increasingly urgent. The construction industry is developing towards informatization, industrialization, and greenization. Today, construction organization information software based on BIM technology is becoming increasingly mature and widely used. It has been deeply applied in many large and medium-sized projects, playing a huge role in project cost, quality, progress, and safety.
In this course, we utilize teaching resources such as loose leaf textbooks, video animations, and BIM technology software to implement a mixed online and offline teaching approach. The teaching content of the course focuses on the case study of unit engineering construction organization design, with a total of seven modules. It mainly introduces how to prepare unit engineering overview, unit engineering construction deployment, unit engineering construction plan, and unit engineering progress plan, unit construction preparation resource allocation plan, how to draw a unit project construction site layout plan, and prepare construction guarantee measures. Adopting a teaching method that combines theory with practice, integrating the application of virtual simulation technologies such as BIM, cultivating students' ability to solve practical problems using BIM technology and the ability to prepare construction organization design documents, laying a solid foundation for students to work as construction workers and other positions in the future. At the same time, integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching content, cultivating students' professional ethics and literacy, promoting the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship spirit, and integrating value shaping, knowledge transmission, and ability development.
The course BIM Construction Organization Design is a core course of the Architecture Engineering Technology major at GuiZhou Polytechnic Of Construction.
