   环境学(英文)课程主要内容基于Eldon D Enger, Bradley E Smith所著的Environmental Science: A Study of Interrelationships (14th edition)英文原版教材,以环境与多学科交叉,环境问题处理复杂性为主线,分别从环境科学与其他交叉学科关系、环境伦理、环境与生物、人口种群特征、能源、生物多样性、土壤及其利用、水管理、空气质量问题、固体废物管理与处置等方面,多方位、多层次、多角度地阐述人类与环境之间的相互作用原理,讨论环境问题的折中解决方法,是一门系统了解和掌握环境科学基础知识和基本理论的课程。

   该课程的教学任务是让学生认识环境科学的本质.研究对象.研究内容;掌握环境科学的基本概念.原理和方法,了解全球环境状况及环境变化规律;了解人类社会经济活动对环境的影响;认识污染物在环境中迁移转化的一般规律;了解预防.控制和治理环境污染的主要技术、原理与方法,提高学生的环境保护意识,树立可持续发展的环境理念,具有全球视野,并掌握环境相关英文术语。
