Overview

This class is an exercise program consisting of varied workouts to improve the cardiovascular level of fitness for the advanced runner. Class will consist of varied workouts involving timed interval training on the track, trails and hills. Transfer credit: CSU; UC. Notes: Ventura College faculty has defined Outdoor Aerobic Fitness as a family of courses which includes KIN V20, KIN V21, KIN V22, KIN V23, and KIN V24; a student may take a maximum of four (4) courses from a family.
