The course is featured in the Udemy forBusiness catalogue. A few people are instructed to take the course under duress by their organisation. The course has recently been given 1 and 2 star ratings from a number of learners without comments for some reason. I am not sure why this is. I have thanked each person and asked for some feedback that will help me to improve the course and offers of help in understanding the material. I have had no response and so I am unable to address any potential issues within the course that I am unaware of.

Interestingly, understanding the DISCpreferences can explain why people leave low ratings without comments. This behaviour is discussed within the course.
