The future of the workplace is continuing to evolve, and digital transformation is accelerating, requiring new digital capabilities, behaviours and understanding. There has been a widening of the digital divide and data shows that in the UK the skills gap is growing with a shortage of people with digital skills.Nearly all jobs have some element of digital skills and leadership, and even if yours doesn't yet, it would be wise to future-proof and ensure your employability by riding that digital skills wave.No matter what age, sector or working profile you have, this course covers the essential skills and knowledge you need for digital transformation and thriving in a digital world. For some this might feel like they are learning a new language and understanding new digital cultures, but for others it might be more about understanding and developing your existing digital capabilities. This course is part of the Supporting hybrid working and digital transformation collection, made possible by the Higher Educational Funding Council for Wales.
