I am not happy with this course because it only includes 106 minutes of videos and it feels like I was ripped off. The last message in forum was 12 months ago and community seems to be a ghost town. Videos are very short, I am only seeing Session 1: Breath, Support and Making Sound and includes following:
Introduction 00:00:34
Posture 00:01:19
Breathing and Support 00:02:29
Making Sound: Part One 00:02:37
Making Sound: Part Two 00:03:24
Song 00:03:00
All the other sections are quite short as well, with total around 106 minutes.
I don't know if these videos are valuable really because videos are very short.
