Description
Chris Freytag will take you through this step workout for some full-on cardio! You will get your heart rate into that zone 3 and keep it there for most of the workout. Chris will bring in some basic step moves, keep it athletic and will give options to pump it up a level if you are feeling it! All levels are welcome – get ready to sweat!
