If you really want a good workout but have limited mobility or an injury that’s holding you back, join trainers Chris Freytag and Sam Cameranesi for this chair cardio workout that shows you how to get moving and breathing heavily all while seated!
First things first: To do this chair cardio workout properly, be sure your chair is sturdy and strong, without arms. Even a simple folding chair will do. One you have your chair, commit to taking this workout at your own tempo and pace. Move faster or slower as needed. Take things out that feel wrong. If we are moving arms and legs and you can only do the arms, then go for it. The best part of working out with us in the comfort of your own home is that you get to move any way that works best for you with no judgment or comparisons. Just do you!
You’ll be given plenty of options and ways to change the exercises up if needed but mostly you’ll be encouraged to move. Focus on what you can do!
