You will be introduced to an organizational maturity model and learn how it impacts a firm's ability to handle change. The module also covers the process of acquiring program resources and budgeting to ensure that resources are available when needed.
- Financial Planning and Program Governance
- In this module, you will begin with an overview of the program manager’s role in financial and procurement planning. You will get into the details of key financial metrics and learn how to calculate them. Additionally, you will explore the importance of program governance.
