    • In today's dynamic business landscape, retaining top talent is paramount for organizational success. Employee turnover not only incurs significant costs but also disrupts productivity and undermines morale. Thus, mastering effective talent retention strategiesis essential for any forward-thinking organization. Retaining employees is top business concern of leaders today as it has asignificant impact on the survival of the business.   • Talent Retention Landscape
    • This module will focus on why the Employee Retention is assuming significance, especially in view of changing employee expectations. It will draw linkages between the changes in employee perceptions with the trends in the macro economic environment, so the participants are convinced on what necessitates a relook and re-examination of the subject of retaining employees in the organization today. This module also draws upon the theory of employee motivation to understand what causes employee "stickiness" in organizations and the linkage between motivation and retention at different career stages in the employee life-cycle. It discusses how initiatives like "Reverse Mentoring " motivates both the millenials and the baby boomers to remain committed to experience mutual learning and growth, contributing to motivating Individuals, especially the millennial reverse mentors
  • Creating an Positive Employee Experience
    • This module will focus on building an inclusive, positive and an engaged workforce, addressing issues of turnover and satisfaction and also how to retain team members through creating a culture of high performance.
  • Leaders as Role Models for Fostering Retention
    • This module focuses on adopting a style of leadership that is appropriate to coaching, mentoring and counselling employees in order to be able to retain them. It will focus on providing supportive leadership behaviours e.g during onboarding, that contribute towards developing employees through role model behaviours.
  • Execution Excellence in Implementing Retention Strategies and Tactics
    • This module dwells on formulating customized and tailor made retention strategies, overcoming challenges in implementing those strategies and also determining appropriate measures and metrics to track the progress.
